Who We Are

Our agency provides cash assistance, food benefits and medicaid to those that qualify. We provide emergency services for utility shut-offs, heating needs, etc. We provide independent living services to qualifying adults, adult protective services, children's protective services and licensed foster care services. We are a very busy office, we have a great deal of paperwork and are always in need of assistance with filing, sorting and moving files from one spot to another. We must maintain a great level of confidentiality and value our volunteers a great deal. We provide transportation by volunteers who receive mileage reimbursement, the transportation is provided to medicaid clients as well as foster children and protective services clients. Our agency does the "Coats for Kids" drive, we are also very involved with all of the area Community Christmas programs and use volunteers during this time as well. We also use volunteers to maintain our lobby with the most current information and cleaning of lobby toys for the children. Many programs and possibilities for volunteering.
