We provide outpatient substance abuse services with assessments, individual counseling, group counseling, family education / support groups, wide ranges of drug testing services, accept Medicaid and other publicly funded insurance programs, specialize in helping to remove the barriers to accessing recovery services for those with addiction issues.

We are a local non-profit substance abuse agency based in Charlevoix since 1993. Originally founded by Scott and Celia Kelly to address gaps in services for local teens, young adults and their families, we have recently expanded our services to also work with local adults and families.
