Volunteer works 4 ½-5 hours, 1-2 days per week, under the guidance of the Gift Shop Manager. He/she provides a welcome and comforting environment for patients, visitors and colleagues, utilizing their ability to be friendly, caring, and responsive to every customer. He/she will serve customers, utilize cash register, credit card machine, and collect cash money from sales; assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the Gift Shop, open/close the Gift Shop, rearrange displays, price merchandise, restock shelves, and receive telephone orders, for delivery.
